Sourdough 50g
Flour 340g
Salt 10g
Water 250ml

Mix everything until it becomes ball.
Rest the dough for 14-24h in a cool place.
Cut into some pieces and make a ball 2 hours before bake it.
Stretch out the dough with flour and put it on a oven seat. 
You can put ingredients whatever you like. 
Bring it and put it in a hot oven with a oven seat.
